User Data Deletion Instructions
You may ask Coach Kyle to delete or anonymize personal information under our control. These instructions apply to information associated with Coach Kyle's websites, advertising and measurement systems, applications, booking flows, and customer communications.
How to request deletion
- Email kyle@coachkyledating.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request."
- Include the name, email address, and phone number you used with Coach Kyle. If known, include the approximate date and form, booking, community, or service involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens, government identification, or payment-card details.
- We may request reasonable verification so that we do not delete another person's data.
What happens next
After verification, we will search the systems under Coach Kyle's control and delete or anonymize personal information that we are not required to retain. We will respond through the request email with confirmation or with an explanation of any limited information that must be retained.
Information covered by a request
Depending on how you interacted with Coach Kyle, a request may cover contact details, attribution and analytics identifiers, form responses, communication history, appointment records, and related customer-support records held under Coach Kyle's control.
Retention and independent services
We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, tax, contractual, or legal obligations. Meta, GoHighLevel, Skool, Vercel, payment providers, and other independent services may control separate copies of information under their own policies. A request to Coach Kyle does not automatically delete information independently controlled by those services.
